Frequently Asked Questions

Our China needs to be treated, well like fine china. We allow crates and carriers to be stacked 2 high, and never in the bed of a truck.  The Customer is also responsible for ensuring that our china is stored safely and securely while it is in their possession. 

When returning the china, we do the washing but you will need to rinse or wipe the tableware, removing all food debris, before repacking.

We are working with many Event Planners and  Venues to offer packages with discounted or no delivery charge.  We will can also work with you to accommodate multiple events such as rehearsal dinner and wedding  reception at your venue at a discounted rate.

Your china rental period is generally 48 hours.  If you need items longer, this can be added to the quote and put into the rental agreement.  Most rentals are for around 48 hours, but we are willing to work with you to schedule a predetermined return.

 "Oops" occasionally happens. All breakages, chips or losses will be deducted from the Damage  Deposit of 20%. Replacement  cost is 4 times the rental cost of the item. 

To finalizing a booking for our mismatched china, stemware and/or plate chargers, a required  50% non-refundable deposit and signed contract is required.

All rentals do require a copy of driver's license  and 20% damage deposit .  Deposit is returned within 2 business days of return of rental.
